Scope of Work Performed:

Phase I ­— Copyediting, proofreading, working with editors/authors on revisions, gathering and creating assets (charts, forms, tables, images) preparing and coding Word files for book interior and cover layout.

Phase II — Working with affiliate design team for layout on large volume work, producing in-house layout and design services for small volume projects. Proofing and quality control, communicating with stakeholders and coordinating project timelines.

Phase III — Prepress design on all book covers, trapping, color separation, adjusting spine calculations according to final paper weight selection and page count, working with offset printers for final print production, creating web and digital assets for eCommerce site and online publications.

Other Work Performed: Creating flyers, brochures, newsletters, supplementary packaging materials as needed.
